摘　　要：目的:探讨发育支持护理对极低出生体重儿生长发育的影响。方法:将在我科住院的60例极低出生体重儿随机分为干预组和对照组各30例。对照组予以传统常规护理;干预组在此基础上予以发育支持护理。分别记录其在住院期间管饲时间、体重增长量及住院天数。结果:两组极低出生体重儿管饲时间、体重增长量及住院天数比较,差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:发育支持护理能促进极低出生体重儿生长发育。Objective： To discuss the effect of development supportive care on the weight of the very low birth weight infants. Methods： The hospitalized 60 the very low birth weight infants in our department were randomly divided into the intervention group and control group with 30 cases in each. Infants in the control group were given conventional routine nursing care, while infants in the intervention group were given the additional development supportive care apart from the conventional care. The tube feeding time,weight growth and the length of hospital stays of the infants were recorded during the hospital stays. Results： The tube feeding time, weight growth and the length of hospital stays of the infants in both group were of statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Development supportive care can promote the development and growth of the very low birth weight infants.
