土地开发整理项目资格后审中的几个问题及解决方法——以沙洋县某项目为例

摘　　要：采用调查研究法,以某土地开发整理项目评标为例,针对评标过程中出现的一些问题,分析其产生的原因并提出解决措施:由注册建造师对投标文件的编制质量负责;提供拟派驻此项目的专业技术人员的相关证件;规范业绩证明和社会保险缴费证明的内容和格式;为评委提供网上查验证件真伪的便利。In the light of the problems in the evaluation of tender, analyzes its causes and proposes the countermeasures with a project of land development and consolidation as example by means of surveying research. The results indicate： the registered constructor is responsible to the quality of the tender; provides the technicians＂ certificates; standardizes the contents and formats of the certifications of the operating achievements and social security payments; provides the experts for bidding evaluation with facilities for discerning the false certifications from the genuine on the internet.
