真皮下血管网皮片移植修复四肢关节部位巨痣的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨应用真皮下血管网皮片移植修复四肢关节部位巨痣的临床效果。方法对30例关节部位巨痣切除后的创面用真皮下血管网皮片修复,术后进行4～12个月随访。结果所有巨痣患者关节部位移植皮片全部成活,无皮片坏死等严重并发症发生。植皮区、供皮区无明显瘢痕增生或挛缩,皮肤色泽及弹性与创周正常皮肤较接近,关节活动不受限。结论真皮下血管网皮片移植是修复关节部位巨痣的较简便有效的方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of skin graft with subepidermal vascular net in the repairment of congen- ital giant nevus in limb joint. Methods After removing the giant nevus, the wounds were repaired using skin graft with subepi- dermal vascular net, and the 30 patients were followed up for 4 - 12 months. Results All cases had the skin grafts well survived and the wounds repaired with good appearance. Conclusion The skin graft with subepidermal vascular net is an effective and simple method in repairing congenital giant nevus in limb joint.
