64层螺旋CT血管成像对下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨64层CT血管成像诊断下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的方法和临床价值。方法对30例临床诊断为下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的患者行64排螺旋CT血管成像检查,对所有扫描原始数据行积再现,最大密度投影,冠状、矢状面多平面重组以及曲面重建。结果 30例患者CT血管成像检查均能清晰显示动脉血管影像,可以准确显示下肢动脉硬化病变血管情况。结论 64层CT血管成像能清晰地显示下肢动脉及其病变,对术前诊断及术后评价具有很高的临床价值。Objective To investigate the clinical value of 64-slice CT angiography on diagnosis of arteriosclerotic occlusive disease of lower limbs.Methods Thirty patients with arteriosclerotic occlusive disease of lower limbs were performed with 64-slice spiral CT angiography,images were analyzed on the basis of the transverse CT source data including the maximum intensity projection（MIP）,volume rendering（VR）,multip lanar reconstruction（MPR） and curved planar reconstruction（CPR）.Results The CT angiography images of 30 patients displayed the main artery clearly,accurately showed the atherosclerotic vascular lesions.Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT angiography can show the lesions of arteries in low limbs clearly,has great clinical value on preoperative diagnosis and postoperative evaluation.
