摘　　要：目的探讨体外循环下心脏直视手术的有效护理配合。方法对80例体外循环下心脏手术从术前护理准备、器械物品及药物的准备,巡回护士及器械护士的配合等进行回顾性分析。结果手术过程均顺利,78例治愈出院,占97.5%;手术死亡2例,占2.5%。结论充分的术前准备和熟练的手术配合是体外循环下心脏手术成功的关键,手术护士必须具备广泛的临床专业知识和实践能力,具有正确处理心脏手术意外的应急能力。Objective Discussion of open heart operation under extracorporeal circulation with effective nursing.Methods Eighty cases with cardiopulmonary bypass heart operation were retrospectively analyzed from the preoperative nursing preparation,instruments and drug preparation,nurse and nurse cooperate and other equipment.Results Operation process smoothly,78 cases（97.5%） were cured,2 cases（2.5%） dead.Conclusion Sufficient preoperative preparation and skilled operation with cardiopulmonary bypass heart operation is the key to success,operation nurses must have a wide range of clinical professional knowledge and practical abilities,and the correct processing of cardiac operation accident emergency response capacity.
