摘　　要：目的观察输尿管镜下双频双脉冲激光治疗输尿管中下段结石的疗效。方法应用输尿管镜及双频双脉冲激光对80例输尿管中下段结石进行碎石治疗。结果 80例中一次性碎石成功率为92.5%(74/80),其中输尿管中段结石一次碎石成功率为86.2%(25/29),输尿管下段结石一次碎石成功率为96.1%(49/51);碎石失败6例,其中1例输尿管穿孔改开放手术。激光碎石成功患者术后除出现血尿外,未发生其他严重并发症。结论输尿管镜下双频双脉冲激光碎石术具有快速、安全、微创、碎石成功率高、操作简单和患者康复快等优点,是目前治疗输尿管中下段结石的理想方法。Objective To observe the efficiency of frequency-doubled doubled-pulse laser on lithotripsy of middle and distal ureteral calculi.Methods Eighty cases of ureteral calculi were treated with transureteroscopic frequency-doubled doubled-pulse laser.Results The successful rate was 86.2%（25/29） in the middle ureteral calculi,96.1%（49/51） in the distal ureteral calculi and 92.5%（74/80） in all.Among the 6 patients still suffered,1 case had operation for ureter perforation.Except different degrees of hematuria were seen in successful cases,no serious complications were observed.Conclusion The frequency-doubled doubled-pulse laser used for endoscopic lithotripsy is a single,safe,effective and harmless method with high success rate and quickly recovery.It is an ideal therapeutic method for ureteral middle and distal calculi.
