网架结构在单层大柱网工业厂房中的选型分析与设计

摘　　要：结合汽车工业厂房结构设计方面的经验,总结工业厂房中结构布置的若干特点及各类结构形式的优劣,以某汽车有限公司新建发动机车间工程设计为实例,详细阐述在此类大柱网、垂直划分功能区的车间厂房中,网架结构的选型分析与受力特性。实践表明:上、下弦节点支承的带柱帽正放四角锥网架结构在此类车间厂房中具有良好的适用性与经济性。Based on the experience of structural design of automotive industry workshop, the layout principles of structure and the design feature of some structural styles for automotive industry workshop are presented. The structure design for a new engine plant is introduced, and the form selection analysis and mechanical behavior of space truss structure for single-story workshop with large column grids are described. The practice shows that orthogonal-laid pyramid space truss of partial three-layers is. applicable and economical in this sort of industry workshop.
