摘　　要：东莞篮球中心钢结构屋盖采用车辐式结构,大屋盖直径约为160m,小屋盖为支撑于大屋盖直径30m内环上的圆形平屋盖,外沿直径为42m,呈马鞍形外环的异形空间曲面,施工技术复杂。屋面测量、屋面底板安装、屋面T型码支座安装、吊顶板安装等为关键施工工艺,屋面三维空间定位放线繁杂,屋面变形控制要求高。针对工程难点采取前期结构测量数据反馈到设计复核,施工过程中测量的跟进等措施。并提出氟碳涂层铝镁锰合金板金属屋面各构造层施工技术,对该类型屋面的施工解决方案,达到辐射状呈马鞍形外环的异形空间曲面建筑效果。The saddle-shaped roofing system of Dongguan Basketball Center is radial steel structure. The small roofing plate with a diameter of 30 m, whose outside diameter is 42 m supported upon the inner surrounding structure of the large roofing plate with a diameter of 160 m. With diverse 3D measurements of the roof high requirements are needed for deformation control, the construction technology of the small roofing plate with a spatial curved surface is quite complicated. It is introduced the construction technology of each layer of the metal roofing system, the measures are taken to overcome the construction difficulty. The construction scheme of this kind of roofing system is put forward and excellent effect is got.
