摘 要:以典型材料(Zr-25Nb、ziraloy)为例,总结分析了α+β两相和α单相锆合金管材加工过程中的织构研究情况,重点对其织构特点及形成原因进行了阐述。结果表明,两相区轧制的Zr-2.5Nb管材主要为横向基面织构,这与大量存在的连续β相有关,单相区轧制的zircaloy管材的织构随减壁减径比(Q值)的不同而变化。这取决于不同主压应力所对应开启的不同的孪生及滑移系统。The texture development cluring the fabrication steps of α+β two-phase and α single-phase zirconium alloy tubes is reviewed. By concentrating on typical materials (Zr-2.5Nb and zircaloy), it has elaborated on the texture characteristics and formation mechanism. It is reported that the basal poles align preferentially in the transverse direction of the Zr-2.5Nb tube, clue to the existence of continuous secondary phase(J3) along α grain bomldary. Systematic investigations in zircaloy tube show that the determining factor controlling the texture development is the Q parameter (Q=RW/RD; RW is reduction in wall thickness ; RD is reduction in diameter). The variation of textures is ascribed to the activation of the different slips and twins which are affected by different effective compressive force.
