摘　　要：利用硅粉在碱性条件下水解生成水合硅酸，水合硅酸在水介质中逐渐聚合成碱性硅溶胶，将碱性硅溶胶通过强酸性阳离子树脂进行交换反应后制得酸性硅溶胶。研究了反应温度、反应时间、硅粉加入量、水玻璃加入量等工艺参数对产品的粒径、粒径分布、Si02含量（质量分数）的影响，制备了粒径分布均匀、颗粒均匀、质量浓度高的酸性硅溶胶。Silicate hydrate ,which could be polymerization in aqueous gradually synthesized under alkaline conditions using silica fume hydrolysis. And the acidic silica alkaline silica sol. The influencing factors of particle size, size distribution, Si02% ,such amount of silicon powder, amount of water-glass and so on was studied. Uniform concentration of acidic silica sol was prepared. and then became alkaline silica sol ,was sol was obtained by ion-exchanging from as the reaction temperature, reaction time, particles, narrow size distribution, high
