硅锌矿结晶釉的研究进展

摘　　要：简要介绍了我国在结晶釉成核机理、生长形态学、生长动力学方面的基础研究。重点阐述硅锌矿结晶釉国内外的研究进展，指出可能的发展趋势。特别介绍了一些硅锌矿结晶釉的氧化物添加剂对硅锌矿结晶釉形态和烧成工艺的影响以及在低温快烧、工艺改进、废渣利用等方面的研究。The basic research of the nucleus mechanism, morphological, growth dynamics of the crystalline glazes are briefly introduced. Besides, this paper focus oi1 the progress of the zinc-containing crystalline glazes in domestic and foreign reasercbes, pointing out the development trend. And it especially introduces the effects of some oxide additives in the morphological of the willemite crystalline glaze and the firing process. The researches of the low temperature firing process, improvement of the process as well as the use of waste residue are also described.
