电解清洗电流效率的二维模拟研究

摘　　要：使用有限元分析软件Palsoff建正了不带任何附加条件的最基础的电解清洗装置二维模型，模拟研究了不同的极板间距（极板与带钢之间的距离）和外加电流等参数对电流效率的影响，并与实验值作对比，对两种结果及其存在的误差进行了分析。Using the fimite element analysis software Ansoft bnild a electrolytic cleaning device model of 2-dimension without any additional conditions. The impact factors including the distance between plate electrode and cold rolled strip andexcitation current on current efficiency are studied and contrast with the the test results. The two results and the error between them were analyzed.
