摘　　要：2型糖尿病的一个特征就是α、β细胞激素均有分泌缺陷。胰升糖素样肽1（GLP-1）具有α、β细胞激素双重调节作用，是近年来新型降糖药物的研究热点。DPP-4抑制剂单药或联合用药可升高GLP-1水平，有效降低HbA1c，可成为不同病程2型糖尿病患者的用药选择。Type 2 Diabetes is the consequence of the disturbances of both α- and β-cell secretions. Glucagon-like peptide-1 （ GLP-1 ）, which regulates the function of alpha and beta cells, has led to the emergence of a new class of oral anti-diabetic drugs. DPP-4 inhibitors, which increase the concentration of GLP-1 and consequently improve HbA1c, have become a choice for patients in different stages of diabetes.
