摘　　要：目的比较长脉宽Nd∶YAG激光和强脉冲光对国人唇部脱毛的疗效和安全性。方法采用自身对照,对20例受试者两侧唇部分别采用Nd∶YAG激光与强脉冲光进行唇部脱毛治疗,间隔4～6周,治疗4次后分析脱毛效果、患者满意度和不良反应。结果 4次治疗后随访4个月,Nd∶YAG激光脱毛和强脉冲光脱毛的唇毛清除率分别为78.2%和52.5%(P<0.01)。Nd∶YAG激光脱毛后色素沉着和水疱发生率低于强脉冲光脱毛。Nd∶YAG激光脱毛受试者的满意度评分优于强脉冲光脱毛。结论长脉宽Nd∶YAG激光唇部脱毛的效果和安全性优于强脉冲光脱毛。Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of lip hair removal with long-pulsed 1064nm Nd∶YAG laser and intensive pulse light（IPL）. Methods Twenty patient were treated with Cynosure 1064nm Nd∶YAG laser on one half of their lip hairs and IPL on the other half,and the efficacy,side effect and patient satisfaction degree were compared after 4 times of treatment. Results The four months＇ follow-up after the treatment of 4 times showed that the lip hair removal rates in the 1064nm Nd∶YAG group and IPL group were 78.2% and 52.5%（P0.01） respectively.The 1064nm Nd∶YAG laser group had less side effects such as pigmentation and blister than the IPL group.Patients were more satisfied with Nd∶YAG laser than with IPL（7.9 vs 5.2）. Conclusions Long-pulsed 1064nm Nd∶YAG laser is more safe and effective than IPL in removing lip hair.
