摘　　要：斑点追踪显像技术(speckle tracking imaging,STI)是超声医学领域内发展起来的一项新技术,可以提供心肌圆周应变、径向应变、纵向应变和旋转应变的各种信息,在心血管病诊断中发挥着重要作用。本文将就其在心血管病中的临床应用现状及发展前景进行综述。Speckle tracking imaging（STI） is a new technique in the field of ultrasonic medicine. It can provide informa- tion on circumferential strain （CS）, radial strain （RS）,longitudinal strain （LS） and rotation strain （Rot）. STI plays an important role in the diagnosis of cardiovascular disease. This article summarizes the clinical application status and development prospect of STI in cardiovascular dieases.
