摘　　要：本文介绍用电路构造智能式精密数字电阻仪的原理及技术途径。为保证其精度 ,采用了以 AT89C51单片机为控制核心、内置电压基准、电子开关、A/D、D/A构成的自校准技术。This paper presents the principle and design method of a precision digital resistor constructed by a circuit.The system works under the control of MPU and uses an auto-calibrating technique consisting of voltage reference,electronic switch,A/D and D/A,which makes it easy to perform the programmable control,operation and tests.
