摘　　要："智慧金融"作为以金融云计算为技术基础的智能化应用体系已在金融行业得到广泛的应用。"智慧金融"对于共享异地分布的金融信息资源、降低信息获取成本起到了很大作用。本文针对农村金融服务领域中广大农户信息获取方面处于被动地位、信息来源单调、不能时时更新、可解释性差等问题,从农村金融信息服务需求出发,分析了基于"金融云计算"的金融信息服务平台的总体结构和资源管理内容,提出了构建金融云平台的实施策略。＂Smarter Finance＂ technology based on financial cloud computing has been widely used in financial fields . ＂Smarter Finance＂ technology plays a great role in sharing financial information resources of different places, and reducing the cost to get information. Aiming at the problem that the majority of farmers passively get rural finan- cial information from limited sources which is usually outdated and inexplicable, this arti- cle analyzes the overall structure of financial information service platform and resources management based on financial cloud computing from the needs of rural financial informa- tion services, then proposes an implementation strategy to build a platform of financial cloud computing.
