摘 要:采用铸造-拉拔的方法研究了以铋、锡和铝代替铅的环保黄铜棒。利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜等方法研究了含铋黄铜的微观组织和脱锌后组织,对其力学性能、摩擦系数和切削性能进行了研究。结果表明:Bi和Pb以独立的第三相存在于α相和α相界处;Sn固溶于基体中,强化了晶界,改善了Bi的形状,并且阻滞了α相,与Cu、O等元素构成了致密的保护膜,从而阻止了基体Zn的溶解,提高了含铋黄铜的耐蚀性。A new enviromental friendly cutting brass containing bismuth instead of lead was studied by casting and hot-drawing. The microstructure of the alloy was observed by optical microscope, scanning electron microscope. The mechanical properties, friction coefficient and cutting properties were studied. The results show that Bi generates in the α phase and α phase boundary like Pb as an independent third-phase; Sn is solid-dissolved in the matrix, and the grain boundary is enhanced, the shape of the Bi is improved. Besides Sn with Cu, O, etc. elements constitutes a compact protective film to prevent the dissolution of Zn matrix. The corrosion resistance of the brass containing bismuth is improved.
