摘　　要：根据某型鱼雷铍青铜零件的特点,采用铵盐镀钯工艺,对镀槽槽体材质选择、前处理、底层金属安排、镀后处理、厚度控制和槽液稳定性等进行分析,确定了铍青铜零件镀钯的最佳方案。By considering the properites of beryllium bronze components for certain torpedo components, the following factors： material selection of coating bath, pre-treatment, arrangement of bottom metal, post-treatment, gauge controlling and stability of plating bath were analyzed. Then, an optimal programme of ammonium salt palladium-plating process for beryllium bronze components of a certain torpedo was determined.
