摘 要:研究42CrMo钢表面化学镀Ni-W-P的配方及工艺条件,并对其进行组织性能分析测试。结果表明:化学镀Ni-W-P合金层经380℃×1 h热处理后耐磨粒磨损性较42CrMo基体提高6.28倍;化学镀Ni-W-P合金层耐磨粒磨损性较42CrMo提高3.92倍;化学镀Ni-W-P合金层热处理后耐黏着磨损性较42CrMo提高2.80倍;化学镀Ni-W-P合金层耐黏着磨损性较42CrMo提高1.61倍。The process conditions and formula of Ni-W-P chemical plating on the surface of 42CrMo steel were studied. The microstructure and performance of the coating were analyzed. The results show that: the wear resistance of electroless plating Ni-W-P alloy after 380 ~C xl h heat treatment is 6.28 times higher than that of 42CrMo. Electroless plating Ni-W-P alloy wear resistance is 3.92 times higher than that of 42 CrMo. The wear gelling resistance of electroless plating Ni-W-P alloy by heat treatment is 2.80 times higher than that of 42CrMo; the wear gelling resistance of electroless plating Ni-W-P alloy is 1.61 times higher than that of 42CrMo.
