摘 要:通过黑匣子装置测试退火炉中准150mm AISI4145H钢棒料退火的温度分布规律,研究在实验室模拟AISI4145H钢在650~740℃,在不同装炉位置试样的升温和冷却速度变化规律。还研究了退火工艺对其组织及硬度性能的影响。结果表明:AISI4145H钢在退火工艺为740℃保温1 h后空冷,试样组织为铁素体+粒状珠光体和少量细片状珠光体、硬度为21.2HRC,满足了工业切屑加工生产需要。该退火工艺采用坑冷的冷却方式,提高了退火冷却速度,退火冷却时间为10h,缩短了工件在炉时间,有效地提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。:The distribution rules of annealing temperature about ~150 mm AISI4145H steel in the fumace with black box were measured, and the change rules of heating rate and cooling rate for AISI4145H steel between 650 ℃ and 740 ℃ were studied. The effects of annealing process on the microstructure and hardness were studied. The results show that the annealing process with the heating at 710 ℃ and keeping for 1 h and cold in air,the microstructure is ferrite and granular pearlite and little lamellar pearlite, and the hardness value is 21.2 HRC, meeting the needs of industrial processing chip. The annealing process shortens the time about the workpiece in the furnace by increasing cooling rate of annealing, cooling using cold pit and the cooling time is 10h, effectively increases production efficiency, and reduces the production costs.
