摘 要:根据Incoloy028合金管材生产环节的具体情况,制定了不同的敏化处理制度。采用金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜等测试方法,表征了在不同敏化处理制度下,Incoloy028合金组织中析出相的种类、形态、分布、结构和成分,同时,结合草酸电解法分析了析出相对合金耐晶间腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,Incoloy028合金在800~1000℃敏化处理时有明显的第二相析出,析出相的产生导致周围区域Cr、Mo等合金元素含量的降低,使富Cr、Mo区与贫Cr、Mo区之间的微区电偶腐蚀效应加剧,造成合金耐晶间腐蚀能力的下降。Based on the specific productive conditions of Incoloy 028 tube, several sensitizing heat treatments were plotted. OM, XRD and SEM were employed to investigate the precipitated phases of Incoloy 028 under different sensitizing heat treatments. The type, morphology, distribution, structure and composition of the precipitated phases were revealed. Meanwhile, the oxalic acid electrolysis was used to analze the effect of the precipitated phases of the alloy on the intergranular corrosion resistance. The results show that there are obvious precipitated phases precipitating in the alloy under the sensitization treatment at 800 -1000 ℃. The generation of precipitated phase makes the alloying element content such as Cr, Mo reduce. Because of that, the micro-bimetallic corrosion effects were aggravated, which can also weaken the intergranular corrosion resistance of the alloy.
