摘　　要：讨论了PC钢棒的生产工艺流程,对断裂的PC钢棒进行断口、化学成分、夹杂物及金相组织分析。结果表明:PC钢棒断口呈脆性断裂特征,断裂的主要原因是热处理后没有形成回火索氏体组织;原材中存在夹杂物、表面裂纹也会引起PC钢棒断裂,提出了改进措施。The production process of PC bar was discussed. The fracture PC bars were analyzed by the fracture macrostructure, chemical composition, microstructure and inclusion. The results show that the fracture presents brittlc characteristics and the main fracture reason is that the microstructure is not temper sorbite after heat treatment. The surthce crack and inclusion in the raw materials also caused failure then, some measures were proposed.
