摘 要:通过热拉伸试验获得ZK60镁合金的最佳力学性能参数,按照杯突实验的要求利用有限元分析软件DEFORM-3D对ZK60镁合金胀形过程进行了模拟,得到了ZK60镁合金在370℃时极限杯突值,分析了ZK60镁合金板材胀形过程中金属流动规律。结果表明,变形初期金属沿轴向流动,随着变形的加剧有部分金属同时沿径向和轴向流动。随着变形增加,等效应变区域发生转移,凸模所受载荷先增后减,为生产提供了依据。The best mechanical performance parameters of magnesium alloys ZK60 were obtained by hot tensile test. According to the standards of punch test, the bulging process of ZK60 alloy sheet was simulated by finite element analysis software DEFORM-3D. The limit ericson value of ZK60 alloy was obtained at 370~C, the flow pattern was discussed during the bulging process of ZK60 sheet. The results show that the metal flows along axial and part of metal flows along radial and axial direction with the increase of deformation. With the increase of deformation, the punch load increases first and then decreases, which can provide reference for product.
