摘  要:运用传统的铸造工艺设计方法对1300立式磨盘座铸钢件铸造工艺进行了初步设计,利用V-Cast模拟软件,对1300立式磨盘座初始工艺的凝固过程进行了模拟,分析了初始工艺产生缺陷的部位和原因。在此基础上通过添加冷铁,进行工艺优化,最终获得了合适的工艺方案。模拟结果显示,优化工艺实现了1300立式磨盘座的顺序凝固,消除了缩孔、缩松缺陷。The original casting process of steel castings 1300 vertical mill seat was designed by conventional design method. The solidification progress of the original process was simulated by the V-Cast software, the location and cause of the shrinkage defects were analyzed. Based on this, the chills were added for process optimization and the reasonable casting process was designed finally. The results show that the optimized process can ensure castings' progressive solidification and eliminate the shrinkage porosity.
