摘 要:研究了AF1410钢氩弧焊接接头的微观组织和力学性能,对于其二次补焊的焊接接头性能进行了评价。结果表明,AF1410钢钨极氩弧焊焊接工艺性优良,接头具有良好的力学性能,强度系数达到90%以上,满足设计要求。二次补焊与正常焊接接头相比,抗拉伸强度、冲击性能、断裂韧度及裂纹扩展性能无明显影响,接头的较弱部位在热影响区。在现行的标准条件下,二次补焊可行。The microstructure and properties of AF1410 steel welded joints were studied. The performances of welded joint by secondary repair welding were evaluated to help optimize the welding process of AF1410 steel. The results show that, AF1410 TIG welding joints have excellent properties, the strength coefficient can reach 90% of that of parent metal. Compared with the conventional joints, secondary repair welding joints almost have the same value of tensile strength, impact toughness, fracture toughness and crack expand property. The weak part of the welded joint is in the HAZ. Under present standard technology, the secondary repair welding is acceptable.
