摘　　要：本文探讨了以民用建筑消防实际设计工程中遇到的几个问题,基于对建筑设计防火规范的理解存在着不同理解所致的对建筑设计本身带来一定的设计困难。如建筑体积的算法、底层为商业场所的住宅是否应设置消火栓系统、消防栓的布置、管网上阀门设置等问题进行了分析和讨论。This paper talk about civil building fire design question in the real life because of understanding of deviation of building fire protection design specifications and the unreasonable architectural design and specification is not clear due to design difficulties. ~esidential construction volume algorithm underlying commercial establishments should be set to fire hydrant system, high--rise buildings annular pipe--line valve settings.
