摘　　要：探讨了花粉多糖的免疫功能,进而叙述最大效率的提取花粉多糖的方法进展,同时阐述花粉多糖的提取工艺。并指出花粉多糖在医药和食品行业的应用现状,为花粉多糖的应用前景进行阐述。This paper discussed immune function of bee pollen polysaccharide, and narrated the extracted methods of bee pollen polysaccharide for the most efficiency, then; explain of the distilling techniques for bee pollen polysaccharide. And point out the application in medicine and foodstuff, and list the application foreground of bee pollen polysaccharide in the future.
