摘 要:利用地理信息系统技术(GIS)进行退耕还林还草决策分析,能够将多源数据进行叠加分析,以较少的人力物力,实现预期效果,同时提供表格和图形两种数据。基于GIS技术、组件式开发技术,实现用计算机对退耕还林工程进行数据管理、可行性分析、辅助决策以及各种查询;以岷江上游汶川县作为干旱河谷草地的典型,采用系统集成开发模式,在VB6.0开发环境中,基于ArcGIS Engine进行二次开发实现,利用该地区土壤侵蚀等级、坡度、水体分布等因素作为退耕还林还草依据,进行空间分析,得出需要退耕还林还草旱地的数量及空间和属性数据。研究结果可以为岷江上游地区的生态环境建设提供一定的科学依据。The decision analysis of returning farmland to forests and grasslands using the technology of the Geographic Information System by which the user can realize the spatial overlay analysis of the multi-source data, can achieve the desired results providing two kinds of data including tables and graphics with less manpower and resources. This paper realized returning farmland to forest and grasslands decision-making system which included many functions such as data management, feasibility analysis, assistant decision- making and various queries based on the technology of GIS and component development. In this paper, Wenchuan County was selected for the study area which was located at upper reaches of the Minjiang River and was the typical of arid valley of grassland. The system was realized by the integrated development model based on the component of ArcGIS Engine and the developing environment of VB6.0. The system took use of the region's soil erosion grade, slope, water distribution and other factors as the basis for returning farmland to forests and grasslands and could make spatial analysis. The number of dry land which should be returned to forests or grasslands, the spatial data and attributes data could be got by the system. The conclusion of the paper could provide a scientific basis for the construction of the ecological environment of upper reaches of the Miniiang River.
