摘　　要：通过对农村中小金融机构自身发展、国内外金融形势的分析,提出金融并购是农村中小金融机构的双赢选择,并从如何培育良好的金融并购环境角度提出若干对策建议。By analyzing the domestic and foreign financial situation and status of the small and medium-sized financial institutions, this paper proposed that financing merge was the winning selection of the small and medium-sized financial institutions in the countryside,some countermeasures were also put forward.
