用印钞废水制水性丙烯酸氨基烤漆

摘  要:以印钞废水和水溶性硅丙树脂等为原料制备氨基烤漆;探讨了废水加入量、水溶性硅丙树脂及颜料的用量、水溶性硅丙树脂与氨基树脂的配比、固化温度和固化时间等对涂膜性能的影响。结果表明:水溶性硅丙树脂与氨基树脂质量比4∶1,水溶性硅丙树脂、印钞废水、钛白粉质量分数分别为40%,30%,15%,固化温度150℃,固化时间30 min时,制得的涂膜能满足烤漆国家标准,可实现印钞废水的资源化。A kind of water-based acrylic amino baking paint was prepared using the materials of banknote printing wastewater and water-soluble silicone acrylate resin. Several influencing factors were discussed, including the dosages of wastewater, water-soluble silicone acrylate resin and pigment, the ratio of water-soluble silicone acry- late resin and amino resin, the curing temperature and curing time. The study showed that the technical specification of the product conforms to the state standard under the condition of the ratio of water-soluble silicone acrylate resin and amino resin is 4 : 1, the mass fraction of silicone acrylate resin, banknote printing wastewater and titanium diox- ide is 40% ,30% and 15% ,curing temperature is 150 ~C and curing time is 30 minutes. The study will enable the recycling of the banknote printing wastewater.
