摘 要:工业耐酸搪瓷大多在900~1000℃高温下烧成,通过试验调整搪瓷釉助熔化合物的化学组成,有效地降低了传统耐酸搪瓷的烧成温度,并保证了搪瓷优艮的耐酸性能。利用正趸买验方法对该耐酸搪瓷烧成工艺进行设计和优化,得到耐酸搪瓷的最佳烧成工艺参数:坯体钢种采用ND钢,烧成温度为750℃,烧成时间为35min。通过电镜观察试片瓷层的微观结构可知,其表面平整致密,分布均匀,无明显缺陷。The acid corrosion-resistant enalnel was most fired at 900-1000 ℃. In tiffs paper tile low temperature ellalnel was obtained by changing tile chenffcal colnposifion of ellalnel glaze with excellent acid resistance.The process parameters of low temperature enalnel was designed and filtrated through orthogonalizatioi1, tile optimuln paralneters of enalnel preparation were harvested as follows: firillg time 3.5 inin, metal blank ND carbon steel, firillg temperature 750 oC. Subsequently, tile inorphology of tile enalnel coating was observed by SEM. Tile observation shows that tile ellamel coating was crack-flee and smooth and tile ellamel flit distributed uniforlnly.
