摘　　要：文章介绍了半钢子午线轮胎二次法成型机组的分布式控制系统,利用美国Rockwell公司A-B系列的ControlLogix控制系统的优点,结合半钢轮胎胎坯的成型工艺特点,实现设备成型过程的自动控制,以及设备和人员的安全防护应用。This paper introduces a distributed control system of the two-stage semi-steel radial tire building machine,adopted the advantages of American Rockwell AB ControlLogix control system,combined with building process characteristics of semi-steel green tire,to achieve automatic control of building process,as well as the safety applications of equipment and personnel.
