摘　　要：本文提出了利用单片机技术测量逆变器输出波形失真度的一种方法 ,导出了测量的数学模型 ,讨论了测试系统的硬件及软件结构 ,并研制成功了专用测试仪 ,实测结果表明这种测量方法简单 。This paper presents a method of measuring invertor's output waveform total distortion by microprocessor and the mathematical models of the measurement. We also discuss the constructions of hardware and saftware and analyze the measuring tolerance. The actual results has a high precision.
