冠心病患者血小板表面GPⅥ及活化分子的表达

摘　　要：目的探讨冠心病患者血小板表面GPⅥ、CD62P和CD63的表达水平及其相互关系。方法选择急性冠状动脉综合征患者43例、稳定性心绞痛患者21例及健康对照者33例,采用流式细胞术分别检测血小板表面GPⅥ、CD62P和CD63的表达水平,并作三者之间的相关性分析。结果急性冠状动脉综合征组GPⅥ、CD62P及CD63较对照组(P分别为0.001、0.005和0.001)、稳定性心绞痛组显著升高(P分别为0.037、0.014和0.039),并且血小板表面GPⅥ的表达水平与CD62P和CD63的表达水平均呈明显正相关(r分别为0.712和0.633,P分别为0.001和0.001),相关分析证实CD62P及CD63表达的升高与心肌坏死标志物肌钙蛋白(r分别为0.256和0.291,P分别为0.021和0.008)及CK-MB(r分别为0.222和0.240,P分别为0.046和0.031)的升高相关。结论急性冠状动脉综合征患者血小板表面GPⅥ、CD62P和CD63的表达水平明显升高,并且血小板表面GPⅥ的表达水平与CD62P和CD63的表达水平呈明显正相关,其表达水平的升高可能是预示急性冠状动脉综合征的重要指标。Objective To investigate the expressions of GPVI ,CD62P and CD63 on the surfaces of platelets from patients with coronary heart disease. To study the relationships between GP VI and CD62P/CD63. Methods The expressions of GPV/,CD62P and CD63 on the surfaces of platelets were detected by flow cytometry （FCM）in 43 cases of acute coronary syndrome（acute coronary syndrome group）,21 cases of stable angina（ stable angina group）and 33 cases of healthy people（ control group）, and the correlation between CD62P, CD63 and GPVI were analyzed. Results The expressions of GP VI, CD62P and CD63 in acute coronary syndrome group were significant higher than that in stable angina group（ P = 0. 037,0. 014 and 0. 039 ） and control group （ P = 0. 001, 0. 005 and 0. 001 ）, and the expression level of GPVI was positively related with the expression levels of CD62P and CD63 （ r = 0. 712 and 0. 633, P = 0. 001 and 0. 001 ）. Correlation analysis demonstrated that on admission, elevated platelet CD62P and CD63 expression was associated with acute coronary syndrome, independent of markers of myocardial necrosis such as Initial troponin I（r =0. 256 and 0. 291 ,P =0. 021 and 0. 008） and Initial CK（r =0. 222 and 0. 240,P = 0.04.6 and 0. 031 ）. Conclusions The expression levels of GPVI, CD62P and CD63 in patients with acute coronary syndrome were obviously increased, and the expression level of GPVI was strongly related with the expression levels of CD62P and CD63. The expression levels of GPⅥ, CD62P, CI）63 on the surfaces of platelets may be the important indexes of acute coronary syndrome.
