降钙素原检测对感染性疾病诊断的临床价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨在感染性疾病诊断中血清降钙素原(PCT)检测的临床应用价值。方法:选取笔者所在医院收治的178例疑似感染性疾病的患者,均检测血清降钙素原(PCT),同时对血培养结果和血清PCT水平进行统计。结果:病毒感染炎症组PCT值水平明显低于细菌感染组(P<0.05)。结论:临床采用PCT检测诊断细菌性感染简便、可靠,且对预后具有较高的临床指导意义,值得进行临床推广应用。Objective ：To explore the clinical application value of procalcitonin in the diagnosis of infectious diseases.Methods ：In our hospital, we selected 178 cases ofsuspeeted infections disease, they were given serum proealcitonin（PCT） detection, at the same time on blood culture results and the serum level of PCT statisties. Results ：Viral infection inflammation group PCT levels were significantly lower than patients with bacterial infection group.Condusion ：PCT detection in the diagnosis of bactefialinfections has the advantages ofsimple, reliable, and has high prognostic clinical gniding significance.PCT detection is worth of clinical application.
