摘 要:高炉炉渣中Al2O3含量高(>15%)时造成炉渣流动特性变差,为此不适当的对策给生产操作带来危害。通过对炉渣四大组元的系统试验研究,提出定量调整其他各炉渣组元的比例,合理匹配各组元,关键是关注1 500℃下炉渣黏度变化和熔化性温度的控制,这样向高Al2O3生产转换不会有大的障碍。还通过国内外高炉的炉渣特点对比,提出合理炉渣结构的调节途径,是高Al2O3炉渣生产的切实可行的技术路线。When Al2O3 content in BF slag is higher than 15%, the slag' s flow characteristics will deteriorate. If improper countermeasures were taken, the slag' s bad flow characteristics would be harmful to the BF operation. Through the systematic experimental study on slag' s four compositions, the paper presented the idea that the proportion of the other slag compositions should be adjusted quantitatively and each composition should be well-matched. The key is to pay more attention to the change in slag' s viscosity and the control over the temperature of meltability at 1 500℃. Only in this way, is it no big problem when the production turns to the high Al2O3 pattern. Based on the contrast of the BF slag characteristics of some typical domestic and overseas plants, the authors also put forward reasonable BF slag structure adjustment ways, which proves to be a practical and feasible high Al2O3 slag production route.
