摘  要:厚板轧制中翘头是常见的板形缺陷之一,宝钢股份厚板轧制生产过程中常发生钢板翘头,最常见的品种、规格为低温控轧钢、B炉钢、薄板等。针对其特点并结合轧制线实际生产情况进行分析,得知钢板上下表面存在温差、里外温度分布不均、道次规程设定不合理、轧制速度设定过大及轧制中上下表面摩擦因数不一致是引起翘头的主要原因。深入分析这些原因,找出相关的理论依据,并结合现场生产中各工序的特点制定完善工艺制度,从而达到抑制轧制生产中钢板翘头的问题,减少了轧制异常的发生。Curling of the leading end of heavy plates is one of the common plate shape drawbacks in the rolling process. It occurs in the following products, such as low temperature TMCP steel plates, billets from batch furnaces and steel sheets. Some research and analysis have been made combined with the actual production on the rolling lines. A conclusion was reached that the main causes were the temperature difference on top and bottom plate surfaces, improper pass schedules, too high velocity and different friction coefficients of the top and bottom plate surfaces. The paper analyzed these causes and found out the relevant theoretical basis. In combination with characteristics of each process at the production site, the curling of the plate' s leading end has been restrained and abnormal incidence of rolling process has been decreased obviously.
