摘 要:在聚丙烯腈(PAN)聚合液中加入Fe,用去离子水凝固成膜后,分别加热至600、700和800℃制备了3种电磁损耗型碳基复合吸波材料。通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)对不同热处理温度下的复合材料进行物相分析,推断Fe在热处理中的反应过程。比较3种复合材料的介电常数和磁导率。结果表明,随着热处理温度的升高,复合材料的介电常数增加,其对电磁波损耗能力增强。Carbon based composites were prepared by using Fe and polyacrylonitrile (PAN) as precursors. The mixture films were fabricated in deionized water and then heat-treated at 600,700 and 800 ℃ , respectively. The phase composition of the composites at different temperatures was analyzed by X-ray diffraction, and the chemical reactions of Fe in the heat-treating process were discussed. Electromagnetic and microwave absorption properties of the composites were investigated. The reasults show that the values of real and imaginary part of permittivity are all increased as the temperature increases, and also the microwave absorption capability is improved.
