摘  要:以渤海A油田稠油输送管道工艺设计为基础,在分析稠油管道降粘减阻措施的基础上,首次提出稠油管道回掺活性水新方法。实验分析及软件模拟结果表明,该方法可以在一定程度上改善稠油管道输送条件,能够有效解决稠油管道降粘减阻的难题,可为今后稠油管道输送工艺设计提供参考。Based on the process design of heavy oil pipeline for A oilfield in Bohai Sea, the viscosity and drag reduction measures for heavy oil pipeline transportation are analyzed and a new method with mixing active water into heavy oil pipeline is pres- ented. Experimental analysis and software simula- tion have shown that the method can improve the transportation condition of heavy oil pipeline and solve the problem of viscosity and drag reduction effectively. The study results can be used in the future process design of heavy oil pipeline.
