救必应中镉元素分析

摘　　要：目的:分析救必应药材中镉元素的含量,为其质量标准中有害元素检测及其限量的制定提供依据。方法:采用电感耦合等离子质谱法(ICP-MS)测定冬青属救必应、岗梅和毛冬青3种18批药材中镉的含量以及救必应中铅、砷、汞和铜的含量。结果:10批救必应药材镉的含量在3.4～10.4 mg/kg之间,4批岗梅和4批毛冬青的镉含量均大于0.3 mg/kg。结论:救必应及同属药材岗梅和毛冬青中的镉含量具有特殊性,为救必应和冬青属药材中镉元素的研究奠定了基础。Objective ：To study the contents of cadmium in Cortex llicis Rotundae and provide evidence for establishing the detec- tion limit of cadmium in its quality standard. Methods：ICP-MS was used to determine the contents of cadmium in 18 batches of llex L Results：The contents of cadmium in 10 batches of Cortex Ilex Rotunda ranged from 3.4 to 10. 4 mg/kg, and the contents of cadmium in llex asprella and llex pubescents were more than 0. 3 mg/kg. Conclusion ： The contents of cadmium of Cortex Ilicis Rotundae, llex asprel- la and llex pubescents have particular characterise, and this study provides a basic for the analysis of cadmium in Cortex Ilicis Rotundace and other plants of this genus.
