血清NGAL和hs-CRP水平在糖尿病肾病中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨血清中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(NGAL)和高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与2型糖尿病(T2DM)伴发糖尿病肾病(DN)的关系。方法根据24 h尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)将115例2型糖尿病患者分为正常蛋白尿组、微量蛋白尿组、临床蛋白尿组。另选50例作为正常对照组。检测血清NGAL和hs-CRP。结果糖尿病肾病各组血清血NGAL和hs-CRP较对照组升高。结论 NGAL和hs-CRP的水平可作为糖尿病肾病病情监测指标。Objective It is to discuss the relationship of serum neutrophil gelatinase associated lipocalin（NGAL） and high sensitive protein （hs -CRP） with type 2 diabetic （T2DM） concomitant with diabetic nephropathy （DN）. Methods The 115 patients with T2DM were divided into normal proteinuria group ,microalbuminuriagroup and clinical proteinuria group according to 24 h urinary al- 3umin excretion rate （UAER）. The 50 normal persons were chosen in normal control group. Then serum NGAL and hs - CRP were de- ：ected. Results The serum levels of NGAL and hs - CRP in three groups were obviously higher than that in normal control group. Conclusion The levels of NGAL and hs - CRP can be used as the Dathozenetic condition monitoring index of DN.
