摘　　要：目的了解我院抗菌药物临床应用现状及存在问题,为医院临床合理用药提供参考。方法利用医院管理信息系统统计出2011年5至10月门诊与住院病人抗菌药物使用情况,对照《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》和卫生部抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动要求,进行综合分析。结果我院门诊病人抗菌药物处方占比27.05%,联合用药占比40.25%;住院病人使用率69.41%,联合用药占比75.96%,用药时间1周以上的占14.75%。结论我院抗菌药物使用率、联合用药依然较高,用药时间较长,专项整治活动虽然取得一定成效,但与要求差距依然较大,应进一步加强我院抗菌药物应用规范化管理。Objective To provide a reference for the hospital clinical rational drug use,we investigated the status and problems of the hospital clinical use of antibiotics in our hospital. Methods We utilized Hospital Management Information System to analyze the da- ta that the antimicrobial drug use in outpatients and inpatients from May to October 2011, and carried out a comprehensive analysis, ac- cording to the ＂Guiding principles of the clinical use of antibiotics＂ and the clinical use of antibiotics special rectification activities that Ministry of Health require. Results The antimicrobial drug prescriptions of outpatients in our hospital accounted for 27.05% ,com- bination using medicine accounted for 40.25% ; The utilization rate of inpatients is 69.41%, combination using medicine accounted for 75.96% ,medications that used more than a week accounted for 14.75%. Conclusion the rate using of antibacterial drugs and combination medicine are still higher, and have a longer medicine time. Although the special rectification activities have achieved a certain result, the required gap is still large, standardized management of the antimicrobial agents should be further strengthened in our hospital.
