摘  要:伴随着新世纪世界政治格局多极化和经济全球化的演进,为推进中国改革开放的攻坚深化,以江泽民、胡锦涛为代表的第三、第四代党中央与时俱进,在五大方面创新发展了邓小平的人才理论。从"关键在人"到"以人为本",从"第一生产力"到"第一资源",从"优先发展教育"到"人才强国",从"党管干部"到"党管人才",从"两个尊重"到"四个尊重",体现着传承发展和创新。With the progress of the multi-polarization of global politics and economic globalization in the new century, the third and fourth generations of the CPC Central Committee, headed respectively by Jiang Zeming and Hu Jingtao, have kept pace with the time to promote the further and deeper development of China's reform and opening-up. They have creatively advanced Deng Xiaoping's Theory regarding human resources in 5 major aspects: 1. from "Focusing on people" to "Putting people first"; 2. from "Scientific technology as the No. 1 productive force" to "Qualified personnel as the No. 1 resource"; 3. from "Education as the priority development" to "Empowering the nation with qualified personnel"; 4. from "The Party controling leaders" to "The Party serving human resources"; 5. from "Respecting knowledge and intellectuals" to "Respecting labor, knowledge, intellectuals and innovation". These reflect inheritance and development through innovation.
