摘  要:高校多校区办学造成师生间远距离居住的现象,对大学生的思想、学业,对师生关系均有影响。通过对广州地区多校区办学高校的调查,结果表明,新校区学生在学习上的表现和校本部学生无明显区别,但思想上的积极性相对较低,且师生关系变化存在相关性。多校区办学的高校应该以营造和谐师生关系为重点,以本科生导师制为基础,增进新校区师生交流;合理运用网络新媒体引领校园文化,加强对新校区学生引导,促进其全面发展。The phenomenon of teachers' long-distance living from their students, due to the multi-campus teaching of a university, has an effect on the ideology and study of undergraduates as well as the teacher-student relationship. Based on the investigation of multi-campus universities in Guangzhou, the results indicate that there is no significant difference in their studies between the main and new campuses. However, the students in the main campuses have greater enthusiasm in ideology, which is correlated with the teacher-student relationship. With an emphasis on harmonious relationship between teachers and students, these universities should do much work on teacher-student communication in the new campuses based on the tutorial system for undergraduates, reasonably apply new media of the Internet to guide the campus culture, enhance the education of students in the new campuses and promote their comprehensive development.
