摘　　要：期货交易所的自律管理 ,是整个期货市场监管体系中的重要环节 ,有其不可替代的作用。它的法律地位必须明确 :既要维护会员及市场参与者的合法权益 ,同时 ,也必须维护交易所自律的权威。为了体现社会公正 ,国家必须对这种权力予以干预 ,而不能完全听任当事人的意思自治。The seof-rdgulation by futures exchanges is a key link in the futures markets surveillance systems and there is mo substitute for it.Its legal position must be specified:maintaining the legal rights of the members and markets participants as well as maintaining the authority of the self-regulation by futures exchanges.For the sake of social fairness,the state must intervene this power instead of absolute self-regulation by the parties concernde.
