摘 要:目的通过对某雷管生产线可能存在的职业病危害因素进行预评价,提出有效的防护对策和建议。方法根据国家相关标准,采用类比法和经验法相结合的原则进行评价。结果可比性较高的类比企业检测结果显示:铅尘和苯无超标,噪声最高为88.7 dB(A),超标率为59.26%。结论本项目属于严重职业病危害项目,如果做好个人防护,可以预防职业病的发生。从职业病防治角度分析,项目建设可行。Objective To evaluate the occupational hazards possibly existed in the detonator production line, provide the protective measures and effective suggestions. Methods According to the relative national standards, the methods of analo- gy and experience were used to evaluate the project. Results Analogical test results showed that concentrations of benzene and lead dust reached up to national standards, and the highest intensity of noise was 88. 7 dB ( A), exceeding rate was 59. 26%. Conclusion This project is a serious occupational hazard project,Occupational diseases can be prevented based on the effective personal protection from the view of occupational diseases, the project is feasible.
