改炉改灶对居民地方性氟中毒防治知识的影响

摘　　要：目的了解古蔺县居民改炉改灶情况及其对居民地方性氟中毒防治知识的影响。方法 2011年2—3月采用分层随机抽样的方法,选择8岁及以上居民1 482名,通过发放自行设计的问卷进行面对面调查,收回有效调查问卷1 343份。结果 1 343名调查对象中,30.38%的听说过地方性氟中毒,防治知识总知晓率为18.17%。居民获得相关知识的前3种途径依次为改炉改灶项目人员、医生、宣传单。参加了改炉改灶项目的居民地方性氟中毒防治知识知晓率为19.79%,高于没参加居民的7.39%;地方性氟中毒防治知识来源于改炉改灶项目工作人员的居民中参加了改炉改灶项目的比例为94.12%高于没参加居民的5.88%,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论该地区居民改炉改灶率较高,地方性氟中毒防治知识较欠缺,健康知识的宣传有待于加强。Objective To study on the change furnace improving cooking stove and its influence to residents＇endemic fluorosis knowledge awareness in Gulin county and to reform the effective health education interventions.Methods From February to March in 2011 multi-stage stratified sampling method was used to select 1 482 residents 8 years old and above of the fluoride ar- eas in Gulin, using self-designed questionnaire to carry out the survey face to face with 1 343 copies of valid questionnaires.Re- suits In 1 343 people,only 30.38% of the residents heard of endemic fluorosis.The rate of endemic fluorosis total awareness is 18.17%.In the residents heard of endemic fluorosis,the 3 mainly knowledge access were from the people who carried out the pro- ject accounted,doctors and leaflets.The people who participated the cooking stoves,their endemic fluorosis knowledge awareness （19.79%）were more than those not participated the project （7.39%）,the proportion of endemic fluorosis prevention knowledge came from the change furnace improving cooking stove project staff of the people who participated the cooking stoves were more than those not participated the project.Conclusion The rate of change furnace to improve cooking stove of the residents is high, but the knowledge of the residents is very lack.The propaganda of the health knowledge should be strengthened.
