摘　　要：从政策角度、社区护士资格认证、教育培训机构、内容和方式等方面对国外社区护士教育培训系统进行文献分析,旨在为我国社区护士规范化培训系统的建设提供理论基础和参考,从而建设一支强理论、高技术、厚基础的社区护理专业队伍,提高社区护理服务质量。Foreign community nurse education and training system was analyzed from the perspectives of policy, community nurse＇s qualification, education and training institutions, training contents and methods. The aim was to provide theoretical basis and reference template for constructing standardized community nurse training system in China, to cultivate community nursing teams with better theoretical knowledge, high technology, and solid basis, and to improve the quality of community nursing service.
