摘  要:目的:了解护理人员情绪智力水平与工作绩效的现状,探讨情绪智力与工作绩效的相关性,为提高护理人员情绪智力与工作绩效提供依据。方法:采用WLEIS情绪智力测量量表及护理人员工作绩效6维度自评量表,对378名临床护理人员情绪智力及工作绩效进行测量,用相关系数与回归模型探讨二者的关系。结果:护理人员情绪智力总分为5.15±0.45,工作绩效总分为2.88±0.56;年龄与职称对工作绩效有影响(P<0.05);情绪智力各维度与工作绩效呈正相关(P<0.01);其中,对工作绩效的影响作用从大到小依次为:自我情绪运用、自我情绪评估、自我情绪调整、他人情绪评估。结论:护理人员情绪智力水平较高,工作绩效水平一般;情绪智力水平越高,工作绩效越好;护理管理者应采取适当措施提高护理人员情绪智力水平,特别是提高护理人员与他人的沟通能力,以提高工作绩效,并与患者建立良好护患关系。Objective: To understand the emotional intelligence and job performance among nurses, to explore the potential relationship between the two variables, in order to provide information to improve nursing service. Methods: 378 nurses participated in this study, Wong and Law' Emotional Intelligence Scale (WLEIS) and Six-D Scale were employed to measure their emotional intelligence and job performance. Results: Age and position were found associated with job performance (P〈0.05). All dimensions of emotional intelligence were found positively associated with job performance (P〈0.01), which are (in a descending order): emotional self-use, emotional self-assessment, emotional self- adjustment, and emotional assessment by others. Conclusion: Nurses' emotional intelligence was high, and their job performance was moderate. The higher the emotional intelligence of nurses was, the better their job performance could be. Nursing managers should take appropriate steps to enhance nursing staff' emotional intelligence, especially to improve their communication skills so as to improve their job performance and to build up a good relationship between nurses and patients.
